Our experience was most smaller places were not large enough to accommodate a wheelchair either through the entry or in the walkways around tables, but some larger restaurants or those in shopping malls or similar often could. We found staff were quite kind and worked to seat us when they could. Perhaps checking with your hotel would be a place to start.
