For example, to rent a wheelchair-accessible “Hiace” in Tokyo, the price is 25,150 JPY for 12 hours and 30,950 JPY for 24 hours, including insurance.
Smile Rental Car rents the same “Hiace” for 67,700 JPY per week. However, they have few locations where you can rent a car.
