In the barrier-free room’s toilet you can easily fit a shower chair. In the small double room, it depends on the chair, but even if you could fit yours, there would not be left any free space around it 😛
As for the price, it was the cheapest I could find then on booking.com. However, for booking the barrier-free room, you will have to contact the hotel, as it is not possible online (through booking.com for example).
