    Hello!

    I have filled a form for a hoist rental last week for a trip that would take place in October on the Accessible Japan website but I didn’t hear anything about it yet. I just want to make sure that the form didn’t fall into the internet cracks 😅 and perhaps if I could have a rough idea of the usual time before expecting a reply?

    Thanks in advance for any infos regarding this and sorry if we might seem impatient but it is quite an important part in our logistics for this long awaited trip and people concerned are getting a tad anxious.

    I replied on the 21st but the email bounced back to me saying your address didn’t exist so I’m glad you sent this!

    I am trying to send you an e-mail @ohayotravel with all the details but it is just sent back to me with the following error message:

    (reason: Insufficient permission)

    Is this happening to other people? We are writing from France: do you think this is the issue?

      Thanks you very much! I have sent the e-mail again. Please use the one sent via orange.fr instead of virginmedia (it was a try to see if the issue was coming from our main e-mail address).

      Fingers crossed it will work this time 😀
