JoyCart or similar help please!
Hi! We are finally heading to Tokyo on 21st March. However, my son has injured himself and needs moonboot and crutches. He has a strict no weight bearing on the ankle. He uses a wheelchair at home and at school as long periods of crutches is a lot.
I’ve read about JOYCart and can’t seem to figure out how to order one? Or is there somewhere near Tokyo Airport we can rent one? We have little time to prepare and I’m a little stressed out.
I did try to search so I am sorry if this is repeated question. I am a little frazzled and hoping someone would not mind pointing me in the right direction as my googling and research skills are impaired by my stress!

Hi! What time are you arriving on the 21st ? Are you arriving into Haneda? I have a pair of crutches and if the timing works I could sell them to you!
I believe that there is a new wheelchair hire service at Haneda airport. I am not sure which terminal though.

Your son’s injury must be tough for you.
If you are arriving at “Haneda” Airport, as the other members have pointed out, it would be convenient to rent a wheelchair at the airport.
Or, if you would like to rent a JoyCart, we can assist you as well. In this case, we can deliver it to your hotel in Tokyo.
