Hello @AzaleeBoy. I was told about the slipper seat by a frequent traveller, although we have never needed to use one ourselves, as my son is still small enough for me to carry. It is apparently an onboard wheelchair, making it possible for wheelchair users to transfer to their seats.
I don’t know if it is available on all airlines and flights, but I am going to do some research into this and will let you know if I find anything more.-
