Hello,
Before you go to the tracks, when you go through the ticket gate, you can ask staff for a ramp (but called a slope here) to get on and off the train.

So, I’m here in Japan at the moment and my WHILL scooter was here waiting for me. They sent a brand new one straight out of the box and I love it. So glad I didn’t get the wheelchair now.
