We recently had a post on our website about taking a cruise around Japan.
While the ship itself is good, not all of the ports are accessible and a number of the excursions were also not very accessible…

As Suzanne mentioned, coming from the Shikoku side is harder because you would need to take a car/bus etc. If you come from Honshu there is a train to near where the port is.
