I used MK taxi (with Ramp) in Fukuoka. You may need to judge if the car is big enough when luggages are loaded.

Unfortunately, buses going from Kagoshima to the Chiran Peace Museum and Samurai District cannot be boarded in a wheelchair.
We recommend considering a wheelchair taxi or renting a wheelchair lift car!

We are visiting Fukuoka and Otaru on a cruise in October. We would like to take part in some tours at both places, but we are having trouble finding some accessible transport.
