JoyCart or similar help please!
Hi! We are finally heading to Tokyo on 21st March. However, my son has injured himself and needs moonboot and crutches. He has a strict no weight bearing on the ankle. He uses a wheelchair at home and at school as long periods of crutches is a lot.
I’ve read about JOYCart and can’t seem to figure out how to order one? Or is there somewhere…

Thank you so much for your answer. I will extend a bit more (like having 40’) between Narita and Shinkansen for snacks and getting in to the train without rushing.

New Wheelchair Rental at Haneda
Some of you here are probably aware of this, but a new wheelchair rental service has started at Haneda Airport Terminal 3. They rent normal manual wheelchairs as well as a light-weight power wheelchairs that is foldable and self-standing.

I’m planning on arriving the end of May, would this still be an option then? Is there any way I can be updated on this? I have a foldable electric wheelchair that I was planning on bringing, but this might make it easier since I am flying into and out of HND, but my arrival and departure times are in the early evening, 8 pm.
