Ghibli museum and Tokyo Disney
The Ghibli Museum is very accessible, though Mitaka is a bit out of the way. When I was there I took the train, and stopped on the way at Inokashira Zoo to see their enclosed Squirrel Trail. Nakano Broadway is also relatively close by, which is great for anime fans (it was Akihabara before Akihabara, essentially).

Ghibli museum and Tokyo Disney
Hello again
I was wondering is the Ghibli museum wheelchair accessible?
Also how many rides are wheelchair accessible at Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea? I did watch a YouTube review on the Disney theme parks and the guy didn’t like it because he couldn’t get on any rides. There’s a lot I wanna see so I’m fine if I can’t ride stuff but I do want…

Discount tickets are sold only to those with disability certificates issued under Japanese laws. So I think it is risky to purchase this ticket. For each exhibit, the staff may be flexible and you might be treated same as the people with Japanese disability documents, but it would be situational and judgemental. Sorry it may not be so helpful..
