I’m a wheelchair user and we flew from Heathrow to Singapore, stayed there a few days then on to Sydney with Singapore Air and they were amazing. The crew were incredibly helpful to me and my 2 assistants getting me down the aisle firstly to get me to my seat and then getting the 1 assistant from Economy Class to me in Business Class to go to…

In my experience it’s a combination of the airline and airport crew. I will never forget arriving in Iceland where both the Iceland air staff and the airport staff made an excellent effort.
