Can you get to Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro if you use a wheelchair?

If so, are there any limitations (like you can go here and here, but this place only has stairs)?

I have a calendar on my wall with tourist spots and this month it is Mont Saint-Michel.

I assume it is a “no” but I may as well ask.  Is Mont Saint-Michel accessible to wheelchair users?  Even if it was possible to see part of it would be great…
