Accessible hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto
I went to the Accessible Japan website to find accessible hotels but when I click on a hotel, it gives me a “database error”. How do I see hotel details directly from the website OR is this not doable? Also, what’s the best way to contact japanese hotels (I’m in the US) since most of them don’t give their email address on their websites?

Extra tip: sometimes the rooms are called “universal” or “barrier-free” and not “accessible”
