Hi Everyone, thank you for accepting me on this website! I’m Charlotte and together with my husband we own a wheelchair accessible holiday villa in the Algarve, 15minutes drive from Faro airport! We arrange the pick ups from the airport, and during your stay you’re welcome to use our WAV for local trips.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, 2 of which are fully wheelchair accessible (the third has a few stairs to access it). We have different shower-chairs that you can use during your stay, electric beds in the main bedroom, toilet raisers, an electric recliner chair with lift option to get up easily, toilet raisers and our swimming pool has a hoist that has a seat or sling option, depending on what our guest prefers.
We are close to everything (closest supermarket is 700m away, open everyday of the year), but because we border an ecological zone it seems like we’re on top of the world, with beautiful views over the valley to the sea.

The combination of fantastic accessibility features and breathtaking views truly sets this holiday villa apart. It’s a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty, offering guests a memorable and relaxing experience. Kudos to Charlotte and her husband for creating such a wonderful retreat! 😄 I’m looking into getting the services of a local guide like https://gowithguide.com/portugal/guides but I don’t think they offer tours for persons with disabilities. Do you know of any local guides in the Algarve who offer such tours, @Charlotte?
