With SPIRIT at the bottom, it just gives another reason not to fly them. (For those who don’t know, SPIRT is very trashy. You see them in the news often for their unruly passengers. And they ‘nickel and dime’ every little detail.)

What is the etiquette or rule for boarding a bus in Kyoto? Wait in line? Or wait near the front so the driver board the wheelchair first?
I’m currently in Kyoto and want to visit many of the temples and touristy spots. I’ve read the articles on Accessible Japan and it recommended taking the bus at Kyoto Station to avoid the crowd mid transfer.
