Interesting concept to have the route be below and above ground, but light-rail is easier to manage. I’ve used light-rail from the SLC, PDX, LHR, and DC-area airports and they’re less complicated to use than buses.

I guess having options is best. The trains are accessible here but not the buses, would be nice if you could choose.

i agree with the Josh on the buses in Japan….i wish they were accessible. We split my family from Haneda half on the Limousine Bus w/ luggage, the others using the train. Buses from Skye Tower to Disney also are not accessible. Although i didn’t pursue, it looks like Tour buses are also not wheelchair accessible.
