I do use the United app but I don’t think I have seen this feature yet. I have requested assistance through it and that’s been possible for a while. I might go play with that feature to book a pretend trip just to see how it works!

@Josh Grisdale So I tried both the app and the mobile website. I figured it would be under advanced search options but I did not find it in either one. I wonder if they have not launched it yet. Has anyone else tried it?
