And one thought: in order to have a really accessible podcast someone has to provide transcript of the things said. Otherwise deaf and hard of hearing people will be excluded.

Yes, very important! I think it is something a lot of podcasters either don’t think of, or there is a barrier (like cost). I used to do a podcast and for the transcript I used AI, but it was not perfect.
