I went there 2 year ago. It is 100% made for us wheelchair users (well is was built flat on a desert)

We visited the Burj Khalifa (tallest building in the world)

We had drinks at the top of the Burj Al Arab (worlds only 7* hotel))

The Dubai mall (they have an Olympic size ice rink which I went on)

Just outside the mall and Burj Khalifa is the man made lake and at set times the fountains go off that were nice to watch

For tickets for Burj Khalif we got the concierge at the hotel to arrange for us.
