In Japan, we have little passport/IDs to verify disability. One thing they are used for is discounts at certain places.

Do you know where my family and I can receive a full body medical checkup (blood test, physical exam including x-ray, echo, ultrasound, etc.) in the Yokohama or Tokyo area? I am in a wheelchair, but I can transfer to an examination table with a little assistance. Thank you for your help!
