Hello I’m going to Seoul in 2 weeks and having real trouble renting/borrowing a wheelchair. I’ve tried Wheelshare (https://wheelshare.kr/bbs/?act=member&subAct=login) but the website doesn’t load and I apparently need a Korean guarantor.
Seoul Danurim have not responded to my email.
Many thanks for any help!

Update from Seoul Danurim
(I cannot believe I have to have a Korean representative/guarantor to hire a wheelchair!?!)

The operating hours of both the center and the wheelchair rental stations are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays.
As September 27th is…

Have you tried Korea Wheelchair Tour? They list renting wheelchairs as a service:

Hi David, yes I have and I’m most grateful and very excited! I’m still finalising my Naha plans and will get back to you as soon as everything is in place. I think you’re going to make my trip a joy in my Joy Cart!

Update!
Since your helpful message I’ve come to the realisation that the model F is a power chair and model R is a scooter.

The person to contact is Yuri Ishiguro
His message to me:
Thank you for your inquiry.

Thank you. From what I can ascertain they deliver to your accommodation rather than airports where I hope wheelchair assistance will be provided. ✌️
