Mobility Scooter access into a non-accessible Balcony Cabin — Carnival Panorama
schroth-sensei and Josh Grisdale-
You have such great intros – I actually said “ah!” when the door started to close on you.
What is the brand of scooter you use?-
That was not intentional, but it timed out perfectly!
The scooter is a Solax Transformer.

Were there no other accessible rooms available? I don’t think my chair would even work for that room.

If you book your cruise early you should be able to get an accessible cabin. I can still walk around enough that I would rather leave the room for someone that really needs it more than me.

😃 I’m happy to hear that you prioritize need of accessible rooms to others who may have greater need for them. Your video is still very useful though, I’ve personally booked hotel rooms that are not intentionally made accessible, but is accessible enough for me (It does leave it available for others but sometimes it just saves a buck, or sometimes I just want a particular view).
If I could make a suggestion next time you go, even if you choose another regular room, you may want to film the restroom and its access door. Often times (at least for me) getting in the restroom is the biggest hurdle unless you have a strong caregiver, so seeing this would definitely help deciding if I’d choose a regular room or not. 🙂

Thank you!
That is an excellent idea!
My next cabin video, I will show the bathroom plus what the access is to the balcony.
