Those stair chair-lifts can be a bit hair-raising even when they do work. Oh well, thanks for the info though!

As a worry wart and a compulsive planner, I often try to get an idea of the route before I go places, so I love videos like this. Hopefully they will expand the concrete to other parts of the city.
