Hi guys, going to Japan on 19th!! Excited.
I am a Right Above knee amputee and will be moving around on a prosthetic. My query is whether the Japanese culture of asking visitors to remove shoes will affect my travels a lot. Do popular tourist places /restaurants request you to remove shoes?

Hello, I am Rohan – Right Leg above knee amputee. How are you guys doing!! I just completed my first solo trip (just a trip back to my previous city – Mumbai). But it gave me so much confidence to take on all other challenges in life and more importantly the feeling of not being coddled. You know what I mean!!
