Hi everyone, new to the group! I am traveling to Japan to take my mother on a trip. She has a bad leg, and walks with a cane. I suggested we occasionally use a small manual wheelchair and reached out to Accessible Japan but never heard back from them.

Welcome. I have the same question lol I’ve been looking around so far I’ve found that the Haneda Airport has wheelchair rentals offered on their website. I haven’t tried to book one yet or anything. But I did see it there. Maybe you can start there?

What is your strength like? Will you be able to carry your shopping bags until you get back to your hotel?
