Yes l thought about buying the appropriate elect line cord’ (Japanese 2pin) for the smart drive, but would have to wait to be in Japan to do it. More relaxed as a ‘happy traveller’when its all in place before l leave home, hey.

Yes, the SMARTDRIVE unit has an input ppower rating of between 100volts up to 240V, here in AUSTRALIA. So Japan being a 100 volt level, SD unit should power-up okay, even if a little slower, with the…
