We filled the form and replied to the e-mails you sent us but we haven’t been hearing from you since the golden week.
Could you sent us an e-mail to let you know what’s happening and what are the next steps?

We have filled the form and the rental process discussion was going well through e-mails but was interrupted by the golden week. Ever since we didn’t hear from you even when I sent a follow up e-mail last week. I am afraid there might another issue with the e-mails?
Could you let us know if this is the case?

Thanks you very much! I have sent the e-mail again. Please use the one sent via orange.fr instead of virginmedia (it was a try to see if the issue was coming from our main e-mail address).
Fingers crossed it will work this time 😀
