Another great video.
While it sucks to give a bad review, if done well it can encourage the location to improve (often people just don’t think about things until it is brought to their attention). Also, information about bad things is just as important as information about good things.

I can never understand how someone makes these decisions (or ones based on gender etc). How can you look at another human and say “pay this person less than the others because…”
