Accessible taxi services are available all through Japan, but it’s no easy for visitors to book…I contacted TeamLab customer support asking what kind of certificate you need to present. They replied that anyone with a disability certificate issued by a government agency, regardless of the country of issue, can purchase a disability discount ticket.
