We hired services from TokudAw, Inc. Their Japan Private Drivers loaded our power chair and luggage into luxury vans. They were wonderful. We didn’t worry about train tickets from/to airports.

Recommend looking at services provided TokudAw Inc. at http://www.tokudaw.com. We were pleased with their guides and drivers helping with our electric wheelchair and transporting us to destinations. Renting a wheelchair may be possible. They listened to our concerns and accommodated our wishes. We were comfortable and satisfied with this travel agency.

At the ryokan Mori No Kaze Hakone Sengokuhara, the room number was 304.

The ryokan was a little over $785 for the single night in a private Onsen room. It included the kaiseiki dinner and Japanese breakfast. TokudAw found and booked the ryokan for us. It was excellent.
