[Urgent] About Wheelchair Service.
Hi, I am a university student with a wheelchair and have been staying in Tokyo, Japan for a year. I have trouble with my wheelchair, and the only service I know took a very long time to respond for my maintenance appointment request.
Anyone here have any recommendations for wheelchair service around Tokyo area?

@zobritania Is it about the electric mobility module? Could you specify a bit about the issue?

@Ohayo Travel there are some problems with it, first, there’s a weird sound when i am using my electric wheelchair. secondly, i think the seating sags down making it too low to sit so my back is getting hurt. lastly, this is the most urgent one, my cushion’s air valve won’t budge so i can’t shut the airflow (i am using the one from Roho), so now i can’t use it without hurting my back.
i don’t know if it’s clear enough, i will elaborate more if there’s any point that needs to be clarified…
