Anyone have suggestions for hotels near enough to Expo 25 that you can get there on one train?
5 CommentsOne hotel I know is Hotel Quintessa Osaka Bay. https://quintessahotels.com/osaka-bay/
You cannot take one train to Yumeshima. They have a bus running between the hotel and the West Gate of the Expo (some 15 to 20 min.) You need to book seats. Probably wheelchair accessible but need to check with the hotel. The hotel has one accessible twin room.
I’m not familiar with Expo 25. But I’m planning my trip to Japan right now. I’ve noticed the Minn and Monday hotel chains seem pretty nice. They usually include a kitchen which I appreciate, because I have food allergies and sensitives. Have you check out those hotel chains before?

Hi, Is there long-term storage (14 days) at Haneda airport?
I have a large duffle I’m looking to store and pick up on my way out of Japan. It’s a travel storage bag for my wheelchair but since I only need it for my flights, I’m hoping to store it after I land, and pick up on my way to my return flight.
View more commentsYou can use Baggage Storage Services at Terminal 3 of Haneda Airport.
https://tokyo-haneda.com/en/service/facilities/baggage_checkroom.htmlIt would be possible for them to keep your luggage more than 14 days by presenting your departing flight ticket.

Hi,
does anybody know if a German disability id will be accepted at the Expo25?View more commentsPossibly @ohayotravel may know
Discount tickets are sold only to those with disability certificates issued under Japanese laws. So I think it is risky to purchase this ticket. For each exhibit, the staff may be flexible and you might be treated same as the people with Japanese disability documents, but it would be situational and judgemental. Sorry it may not be so helpful..

Do you know where my family and I can receive a full body medical checkup (blood test, physical exam including x-ray, echo, ultrasound, etc.) in the Yokohama or Tokyo area? I am in a wheelchair, but I can transfer to an examination table with a little assistance. Thank you for your help!

This hospital is able to do medical check with English.
But I don’t know details. So could you ask them?
1Thank you, Pao! I appreciate your quick response and help. I’ll check it out. Have a great day!

Shibuya wheelchair accessible restaurant?
I would like to book somewhere for five of us in order to make our first night in Tokyo as easy as possible. Somewhere with great local food! All recommendations welcome. Thank you.
Hello,
Is there any particular thing you would like to eat? Just one person in a wheelchair?
