We filled the form and replied to the e-mails you sent us but we haven’t been hearing from you since the golden week.

I’m in Shinjuku right now. At the Keio Plaza, Hotel. I’m heading out with my brothers if they want to go to kabuchiko. A good place to drink that can fit a wheelchair would be good. We have filled the form and the rental process discussion was going well through e-mails but was interrupted by the golden week. Ever since we didn’t hear from you even when I sent a follow up e-mail last week. I am afraid there might another issue with the e-mails?
