I am here in Japan as we speak and I’m using a WHILL mobility scooter and travelled from Ginza to Shibuya on the Ginza line today. Hello,
Before you go to the tracks, when you go through the ticket gate, you can ask staff for a ramp (but called a slope here) to get on and off the train.
