My mum is now in a wheelchair – attempting to find a company who has a car like the attached as she needs to remain in her wheelchair whilst travelling

We were in Japan in April/May 2024. It all depends where you are going from the airport. We used One Trail Transcare from Narita to Yokohama and he was absolutely amazing. https://www.onetrail-yokohama.com/english/ He also does tours and he has the exact vehicle like you sent the photo of. We had 4 people and lots of luggage and it was no problem. He also met us at the gate in the airport with an assistant, we didn’t have to go looking for him.
