• Hello! I am a single mom with a 21 y/o special needs son traveling to Japan for the first time in March 2026. He is able to ambulate independently, and I am looking for caregivers to assist with his mobility and activities of daily living such as feeding, toileting, and general support. In addition, I’m looking for a few tours we can do in Tokyo and Kyoto that offer half-day tours. If anyone has any information or recommendations, please let me know! Thank you, Sharmila!

      • I think @wtj or @ohayotravel can help you on the tour part for sure. Not sure about caregivers though…

          • Thank you will contact you. Also I am looking at coming March 29- April 11. During Cherry Blossom time. I have heard that it is so crowded and you can’t move. Is this true?

                Nice to meet you.

I can support you with your travels and sightseeing in Osaka and Kyoto. I also have a nursing qualification, so I can provide some support. However, depending on the level of support, I can also arrange for more specialized personnel. During the cherry blossom season in Japan, many people visit many places, but you will not feel “stuck.” However, there will be many people other than cherry blossoms in the photos you take of the cherry blossoms…

                Thank you.

                Tak
