Hej Hello, we arrived in Japan for 10+ days ago and my father’s wheelchair couldn’t handle all the bumps from the road so I wonder where we can repair the front (previously I wrote rear, but I meant the tiny front wheels) wheels or buy some new parts?

Hi! I’m not sure whether we can repair your father’s wheelchair directly, but I can introduce places in Osaka where you may be able to rent a wheelchair or buy replacement parts / a new wheelchair.

What type of wheelchair? Likely @tak is your best option for getting connected in Osaka. There is also https://www.ngt-k.com/en/ in Osaka.
If it is just tightening some screws/bolts, or even patching a tire, often bicycle shops are kind enough to do little things.
