There doesn’t seem to me much out there!  There is this:

Rarely do public buildings (or transport) feature ramps or other access points for wheelchairs, and hotels make inconsistent efforts to provide access for the disabled.

For wheelchair travellers, any trip to Myanmar will require a good deal of planning…

While they don’t talk about accessible travel, they do mention making their website accessible – this indicates they are at least thinking about people with disabilities!

Finally, you might also want to search for “Burma” which is the old name for it in English…
