    If you
    are planning to travel by air, you may need assistance at the airport. For
    wheelchair users the process can be more difficult right?

    The
    booking process is very simple: For wheelchair assistance, you should request earlier. Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours early to request assistance. Request wheelchair assistance at the ticketing counter. Ask airport staff members for assistance with transfers when you arrive. Get to your gate at least 1 hour early to request boarding assistance.
