Thanks for your response. Yes it’s a foldable Pride Go Go Super Portable mobility scooter. I was fortunate to get seats on the train because my family rushed in before me to assist. We also rode on the Shinkansen green car which worked well comfortably. If you have a scooter/wheelchairs, it’s a good idea to reserve a seat fronting the bulky…

Your scooter should be fine parked where the bikes are parked. Just take your valuables.

We want to get the train from Haneda to Higashi-Ginza and on google maps it shows this (picture) – continue on the same vehicle. How do you know when getting on in Haneda that you are on the correct train to be able to do this?

From Haneda Airport Station, you can take the “Keikyu Line” to Higashi-Ginza, but as you mentioned, some trains only go part of the way, and others go in a different direction. (Be sure NOT to board a train “bound for Yokohama”.)
The safest option is to ask a station staff member or a nearby passenger.
