Hello,
I am travelling to Tokyo from London on business in April as a group of 4. 1 person is a wheelchair user, and I need to find a taxi company/person who has a vehicle that can fit us all in (plus luggage). We have different places to be on different days, and we want to travel together rather than getting in 2 separate taxis.
I did find one company, but I was told due to the licensed service area, they couldn’t help us for most of our trip. I am now trying to find someone else
Also if they could speak English that would be a plus
Any help would be appreciated!

Try Goal International Co., Ltd. I believe the website is http://www.pickupairport.online, if thats not right, Google it. I will be using them when I travel with my service dog. They are very accommodating.
Interesting, never heard of them. Do you know if they have an accessible vehicle for wheelchair users that need to stay in their wheelchair?

Yes, I met the owner a few years ago – really nice guy. Haven’t heard from him lately, so not sure what effect the pandemic had on his business…
Thank you for all of your suggestions. The issue I am having is that our hotels and venues for workshops are outside of the 23 wards of Tokyo, so we cannot use these taxi suggestions for journeys outside of the 23 wards which is for most of our journeys! Therefor we need multiple taxi companies to work with. One in Kawasaki, and one in Chiba. Any recommendations for these areas?

We don’t, not who is travelling with us. Would this be an easier thing for the hotel to arrange?
Because there is a site that lists accessible taxi providers across Japan… but only in Japanese. I guess you could use Google Translate on it. Here is the link:

Some of the places have websites, so you could try to reach them that way. Or if you find a few places that may work, you could pass their phone number to the hotels.
However, unless they are a 4-5 star hotel, they may not be able to do the bookings on your behalf…
