    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

The quick answer is “no”.  The limousine buses are not wheelchair accessible.  If your dad can use stairs, they can put the wheelchair in the luggage under the bus but your dad would need to walk up the stairs.

Here is what the website says:
    http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/en/information/accessibility.html

Will you use Narita or Haneda?

If you use Haneda, there is a new accessible bus:
    http://www.limousinebus.co.jp/company/efforts/lift_bus/

But they say you must reserve it!  That is a very strange system.

You can try asking this company – they have accessible wheelchair vans:
    https://www.charterbus-limousine.com/

What type of wheelchair does your dad use?

my dad can not lift his legs ? Its to bad we cannot use the limousine bus,so we have to use train right?

Our first plan back then is find a hotel that have limousine bus stop infront of the hotel so that we can avoid the hectic in train station (its our first time to go to japan,my dad just recovered from his ill and wants to make his grandchildren happy by visiting japan together..

    We are depart in narita..

thank you for your kindness answer ❤️?

    Hello,

You can also use a taxi, but it will be very expensive.

You may want to try sending your luggage to the hotel so the train is easier:

Please ask if you want to hire a taxi.

I hope everything will work out and be a great time with your father.

Hmm… not sure why it wasn’t on that page!  I think it is a slightly different company.  Here is the info for Narita:

    Hope this helps!
