IDO is an small company and can not offer the rent a car for a person who doesn’t have Japanese driver’s license.

I didn’t know that!  Have you contacted them and got their policy?

Why do they have English pages, which look offering their services for visitors from all over the world?  It’s ridiculous.

Yes, I contact them and this was his answer, they don’t rent cars with hand control to foreigners…
