From Magnus on the Accessible Japan website:

Thank you for a great site for us visiting Japan. You used to list Keio Plaza on the old version of the website and now I can’t seem to find it. I’ve booked it in November when I’m visiting Tokyo and it makes me a little worried now that I can’t find it here. Any particular reason you don’t list it anymore?

    Thank you!

Sorry, not sure what happened!  We re-added it:

    Thanks for letting us know!

Hi, May I ask how the hotel was for you? I’m travelling in May In power wheelchair. I know it doesn’t have a roll in shower but the bed looks good for my needs. Was the area good for transport in chair? Any advice would be so appreciated.
    Thanks, Steven

I have not stayed there but was there for a TV show. The room is fine, but the bathroom was a bit too small in my opinion.

You can see it online here:

The staff is is really helpful though.

As for access, Shinjuku is really well connected to most places you would want to visit. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the station.  It should be noted that there a number of different train lines and stations coming into Shinjuku, so it can be confusing!

Let us know if you have any other questions!
