Question about People with Invisible Disabilities in Kyoto

    Hi!

This is a somewhat specific question… but I am here in Japan doing some research on life with disabilities in Japan. I still need to find effective methods for connecting with the community though. Does anyone have any ideas of any resources or places I could go to connect? I speak English, I have a friend who speaks Japanese, but I understand there is a language issue there. What I’m really hoping for right now is just to be able to speak with people with invisible disabilities to hear more about their experiences in Japan.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Laura,

While our site mostly deals with visible disabilities, I would love to get more information on invisible disabilities as well!

Some places you might want to get in touch with:

If you find out some information, please share it with us so we can improve our website (www.accessible-japan.com)!
