    Volunteer assistance for days out

    Hi,

    I’m ambulatory, but with poor balance, and my legs aren’t super flexible. I’m hoping to travel to Japan before the end of the year to ride some rollercoasters, but also value my independence as a solo traveller.

    Rather than take the prohibitively expensive and probably overkill step of hiring a carer for my entire time there just for help with transferring to some rides, does a system exist where I could ‘hire’ a local volunteer to be with me for the day, just to help with this?
