I emailed the hotel ([email protected]) and they said:

We would like to inform you that all of our room type was not comfort for handicapped people.

So… I don’t think that the hotel has an accessible room… but you might want to contact them directly as well.  (Maybe they made a mistake in their English?)

I asked the hotel again to clarify and they said:

Yes, you right we don’t have room for special.

…so, you really need to talk with your tour operator because it looks like you do not have an accessible room!
