I am coming back to JPN for a holiday in JUN25, travelling out of Tokyo up to Sapporo by Shinkansen. My travel train trip date is a month out tomorrow (24JUN), which is when tickets become available, l know my target train departure time, l know that train is a HAYABUSA 19, I believe there is 2 or 4 wheelchair seats/spaces on each…
