Assistance with Contacting a Concert Organizer
Hello everyone,
I am a disabled traveler from Taiwan. I have severe congenital Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI), which means I have a very short stature, and I rely primarily on a power wheelchair to get around. I am planning a trip to Tokyo, arriving on June 1st, and I have two questions I am hoping to get some help with.

Yes, the general method is to buy tickets and then call the concert producers. (And they often have very specific hours.) It is done verbally with whoever is one the line, so most likely only Japanese…
Depending on the concert, they may ask for everyone’s names but will at least ask for 1 name. Once the seats are assigned you would call again…

I am a congenitally disabled person who needs to use an electric wheelchair throughout the whole process. In July, I will go to Miyako Island for a cruise tour. I want to know if there is a wheelchair taxi or other means of transportation on the island.

But unfortunately they look to only be contactable by phone…
